Over the past few months, we've explored what other writers in the Substack community are up to, and many have adopted a paid subscription model. We decided to give it a try as well.
However, after just a few weeks, we realized that it's not the right fit for us. We've made the decision to remove the paywall and keep The Land Report as a free, open exchange of ideas on land and development. We believe this is the best way to share our vision and ensure that everyone interested has access to our insights on the processes of responsible land development.
