How HUTS Would Design This Lot : One of our favorite projects at the moment is Arrowhead Ridge Road. This Jeffersonville lot shares many similarities with that project in terms of its potential and ability to evolve with its owners over time. There is already a long, meandering driveway roughed in, creating a really magical arrival experience through the trees to a private spot that has already been cleared for a build site. We would build a Small L home here, making a perfect location for a weekend getaway — and maybe even a future full time home.
